I’m Kailey Aiken, a journalist and creator passionate  about telling stories at the intersection where people meet the environment. From protecting marine reserves in Puerto Rico, to oyster reef restoration in Tampa Bay, to the surf and beach culture of Rockaway Beach, I have used my writing to explore how communities and the environment can shape one another.
